We have worked with caboodle (Salary Exchange) since 2012 when we were introduced to them through our membership of EEF and the EEF Advantages programme.
Over the years we have expanded our Salary Extras benefits offering, and were keen to introduce the technology scheme to enhance further what our employees have access to. We have a lot of employees who love technology, and we were sure many would like the opportunity to buy the latest offerings on the market in a simple and affordable way.
Prior to the 2 week election window opening we had interest expressed from our staff, but we didn’t expect the first scheme to be as popular as it turned out to be! We felt a real buzz amongst our employees, and we achieved an uptake level of 13% which we thought was very positive. We’re now planning to rollout the scheme to another part of our business next month where we anticipate a similar level of engagement.
We were one of the first clients to run the new technology scheme as part of the pilot, but our Account Manager and the team at caboodle ensured we felt supported and fully informed at all times. The Helpdesk provided excellent support to our employees as they always do, ensuring queries were managed effectively without HR involvement.
