Access People, a division of The Access Group, a leading provider of business management software to mid-market organisations, has entered into a binding agreement to acquire caboodle, one of the UK’s leading independent employee benefits providers. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval from the FCA, which is expected to be completed in the coming months.
