Caboodle Technology has expanded its market-leading employee benefits platform internationally by extending Acacium Group’s bespoke flex platform to its US and Ireland teams.
Acacium Group, the UK’s largest healthcare solutions provider, employ over 2000 employees worldwide and have worked with caboodle to deliver a wide range of employee benefits through a tailored employee benefits platform.
The expansion marks a first international venture for Caboodle Technology after working hard to implement the infrastructure needed to extend its innovative employee benefits and engagement solutions to organisations overseas.
An international platform to meet international challenges
In 2021, Acacium Group was looking to expand its existing bespoke employee benefits and engagement platform internationally, allowing employees based at their offices in New York and Dublin to reward and recognise each other and their colleagues based in the UK as well as access instant employee discounts to support their financial wellbeing.
The pandemic has halted much travel, both internationally and domestically, and social distancing measures have made it difficult for colleagues to reward and recognise each other in person.
At a time where employees across the world have worked incredibly hard and have had to make significant changes in their lives to support their companies through the crisis, effective reward and recognition is hugely important.
Equally, the pandemic has hit many hard financially and the use of instant discounts on essential shopping, for example, is a huge help for staff.
In response to this, caboodle worked with Acacium Group to deliver a bespoke, international employee benefits and engagement platform.
The platform utilises technologies already developed by caboodle to support international expansion of the platform, including technology to support currency conversion.
The platform was delivered and live in record time and employees at Acacium Group can now reward and recognise colleagues across continents with both monetary and non-monetary rewards.
Employees in New York and Dublin can now also access a huge range of employee discounts, helping Acacium Group support the financial wellbeing of their staff internationally.
